Feng Shui emerged in the Chinese agricultural plains during the Tang Dynasty (618-907) its original application was aimed at identifying the most appropriate positioning for the tombs of emperors, in search of the perfect position for energies to flow without any obstacles. The deceased should be buried so that their heads always pointed to the North, the direction considered the “Abode of the Gods”.

Over time and the evolution of this art, many Chinese cities began to be built using the concepts of Feng Shui. Those responsible for the project considered that the construction of the new city in the appropriate location could bring prosperity, while a wrong choice could be synonymous with hunger and misery for the government and the population.

In essence, Feng Shui means being “aligned” with the energy of prosperity coming from the Earth. Translated “Feng” is Wind and “Shui” is Water. Wind is associated with CHI or energy and Water is associated with prosperity or good luck.

When we talk about prosperity, it is much more than financial prosperity.

We are talking about prosperity in all areas of our lives: health, relationships, family, etc.

For all these reasons and its proven results over all these millennia, Feng Shui is currently considered a true art for promoting well-being.
